Renee Mateparae is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational and customer experience leadership. Currently serving as Network & Operations Director at Spark New Zealand since February 2017, Renee has also held various leadership roles within the company, including Tribe Lead for Technology Evolution and Mobile, as well as Commercial and Operations Director for Spark Ventures. Prior experience includes a tenure at The Warehouse Group as a Future Director, and multiple strategic roles at Air New Zealand, where Renee was instrumental in defining the customer experience strategy across several managerial positions. Additionally, Renee held positions at Macquarie Group and Accenture, focusing on strategy consulting, and began a career in product development engineering at Fisher and Paykel Healthcare. Renee holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Massey University.
