Shannon Mundorf, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at Spark Hire, Inc., since March 2023. Prior to this role, Shannon held various positions at North Suburban YMCA, including Senior Director of Arts and Risk Management, where strategic initiatives included the redevelopment of the Employee Policy Manual, leadership in Enterprise Risk Management, and the development of performance assessment programs. Shannon also served as Senior Director of Arts, where partnerships were cultivated to enhance program revenue and participant engagement. Earlier experience includes serving as Performing Arts Director and Associate Director, Dance Teacher at Center Stage Academy of Dance, and a Lifeguard Instructor at Thomas Metcalf Elementary School. Shannon earned a Bachelor's degree in Dance and Business Administration from Illinois State University from 2009 to 2013.
