Florina Popirtac is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Spark Generation since February 2021, where the focus is on organizational growth and innovation. Previously, at The Adecco Group, Florina excelled as Key Account Manager and Branch Manager, leading strategic planning and managing high-performing teams, while also ensuring effective HR service delivery. Florina's foundational experience includes roles at RBS and ABN AMRO Bank, complemented by an MBA in Business Administration and Service Innovation from the University of Hull, and advanced degrees in Business Administration and International Relations from BabeÈ™-Bolyai University.
