Florian Dica has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Florian began their career as a Design Engineer at the Institute of Study and Design Hydroenergetics, where they worked on studying the behavior of hydropower constructions and contributed to the high-level design of hydro-power constructions.
Florian then transitioned into the field of media, starting at MediaCom as a Media Planner. In this role, they analyzed media campaigns, reported to clients, and ensured campaign efficiency through planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
Florian later advanced to the position of Account Manager at MediaCom, where they focused on client service, media strategy, planning, and implementing media campaigns. Florian also managed projects, supervised the planning process for print and online media, and conducted campaign analysis and post-evaluation.
Florian's expertise in media continued to grow as they joined Media Investment Communication as a Media Manager. In this role, they managed accounts, provided excellent client service through proactive communication, developed media strategies, supervised research and offline and digital departments, and maximized the return on clients' media expenditure through media buying negotiations.
Most recently, Florian joined Spark Foundry as a Media Client Lead, where they use their extensive experience and skills to drive success for clients by leading media initiatives.

Florian Dica holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hidoenergetics from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, which they completed from 1996 to 2001.
