Prior to this role, Erika held the position of Executive Director, Investment - AT&T at Hearts & Science from September 2022 to June 2023, where Erika led performance media initiatives. At BAREFOOT from June 2021 to July 2022, Erika served as VP Media, achieving accolades including the 2022 Team of the Year and US Gold & World Cup Champion Omni Award. Erika's extensive experience at Schafer Condon Carter spanned over a decade, where as Executive Director of SCC|Media, Erika significantly increased client media spend and built a comprehensive media team. Erika's career also includes roles at Performics, American Express, and Montfort Advertising America, Inc., highlighting a strong foundation in paid media strategies and account management.
