Son Nguyen started their work experience in 2010 as a Senior Communications Consultant at VERO PR. In 2011, they became a Senior PR Executive at HONG THUY Communications, where they developed communications plans for various clients and managed awareness-building campaigns. Son then joined Scarlet Communications as a PR Manager in 2012. In 2013, Son Nguyen became Chief Executive Officer at Biz-Eyes, where they also held positions such as Head of Account Department, Account Director, and Senior Account Manager.

Son Nguyen completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Professional Communications from RMIT Vietnam from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2007, they obtained another Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages - Information Technology.
