Kira Jordan

Vice President Portfolio Management & Business Insights at Spark Energy

Kira Jordan has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Kira started their career at Accenture as an Analyst, where they designed and executed application performance testing and provided application support for a large user base. Kira then worked at Reliant Energy as a Business Systems Analyst, where they coordinated with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer impacting system issues.

After that, Kira joined Caesars Entertainment, Inc. as a Direct Marketing Performance Manager and later became a Regional Director of Database Marketing. In these positions, they developed and executed marketing strategies, including campaign creation and execution.

Following their time at Caesars Entertainment, Kira joined Ernst & Young in their Advisory Services - Customer Practice as a Performance Improvement specialist. Kira worked on various projects, including assessing the end-to-end consumer lifecycle for a healthcare payer and leading workshops to define future state sales reporting capability requirements.

Most recently, Kira worked at Spark Energy, where they held multiple roles. Kira started as the Director of Channel Marketing before moving on to become a Senior Director of Portfolio Management. In this position, they managed pricing and market risks and supported new product development. Eventually, they were promoted to Vice President of Portfolio Management & Business Insights and led a team of professionals to support customer acquisition and retention through marketing and data analysis. Kira introduced data-driven sales quality processes to prevent negative customer experiences.

Kira Jordan has a BA in Economics from Rice University. Kira also holds an MBA from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2013.
