Joseph Baker has over 10 years of work experience. Joseph began their career in 2010 as a Software Development Engineer at Workday, where they worked on the UI team as a Front End Web Developer. Joseph's responsibilities included maintaining, designing, and building new features for Workday's metadata driven browser application. Joseph then moved to Hyperscience in 2017, where they held the roles of Senior Engineering Manager, Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, and Software Engineer. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Spark Advisors as a Senior Fullstack Engineer.

Joseph Baker obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Neumont College of Computer Science between 2008 and 2010. Joseph then went on to receive a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Columbia University between 2015 and 2017.
