Annie Pasternak began their work experience in 2007 as a Summer Research Assistant in the PsychoOncology Department at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Annie also worked as a Summer Research Assistant in the Neuropharmacology Laboratory at the same institution. In 2013, they worked as a Marketing Intern at pymetrics. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at ClearView Healthcare Partners, starting as an Analyst and then progressing to the role of Senior Analyst. Annie'slast role at ClearView Healthcare Partners was as a Consultant. Finally, in 2019, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Sparian Biosciences.

Annie Pasternak has pursued an Honors Bachelor's Degree in Neuroscience at Dartmouth College. Annie has also attended the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown. Prior to their collegiate education, Annie completed their high school education at Trinity High School. Additionally, they hold a Certificate of Completion from the Tuck Business Bridge Program, although the date of completion is unspecified.
