Lene Vinding has extensive work experience in various roles. Lene worked as an Administrative Supervisor at Ukiah Valley Medical Center from January 2011 to October 2012. Prior to that, they held the position of Administrator at Mendocino Radiology from November 1994 to January 2010. Lene then joined Pamela's Products, Inc. in October 2012, where they were initially an Accounting Manager and later transitioned to HR Management. Lene stayed with Pamela's Products for almost 8 years until March 2020. Currently, they are the Human Resources Director at Sparetime Supply, Inc, a position they have been holding since March 2020.

Lene Vinding completed their Bachelor's degree at the University of California, Davis from 1988 to 1992.
