Ida Alice Høyland is a Financial Advisor at Sparebanken Møre since April 2022, with prior experience as a Project Manager in Quality, HSE & HR at PartnerPlast AD and as a Consultant at Invovo AS, where assistance in project management and client communication was provided. Høyland managed national projects at NTNU aimed at increasing female recruitment in STEM fields, and served as a Business Developer at Nordveggen AS, overseeing incubator companies. Additional roles include an internship in Business Development at Logics Academy and teaching at Kvernevik Skole. Høyland holds a Master's degree in Change Management from the University of Stavanger, has completed a summer program in Entrepreneurship at the University of Toronto, and has a teaching degree from the Western Norway University of Applied Sciences. An exchange program at the University of Alaska Fairbanks focused on Physical Education and Recreation further complements the educational background.
