Florian Schmidt is currently serving as Leiter Omnikanalmanagement at Sparda-Bank Hamburg eG since July 2023. Prior to this role, Florian held various positions at Haspa | Hamburger Sparkasse, including Head of HR Management & Talent Management, Leiter Vermögensaufbau, and Vertriebsstrategie from January 2012 to June 2023, and worked as an Individualkundenberater from October 2008 to September 2009. Florian Schmidt holds a Master of Arts in Management & Entrepreneurship from Leuphana University of Lüneburg (2009-2012) and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from HSBA Hamburg School of Business Administration (2005-2008), with additional studies at Griffith University in 2011.
