Magdalena Kowal is an accomplished User Researcher and Squad Leader at SPARCK since March 2023, with prior experience as a Researcher at Lero from October 2019 to August 2022, specializing in cognitive and performance psychology, human-computer interaction, and user experience. Magdalena conducted research on key performance indicators in esports and cognitive abilities while also participating in a collaborative esports and psychology project at the University of Limerick. Additional roles include Vocal Coach at Ch贸r Absolwent贸w I LO in Krak贸w, Research Assistant at the University of Limerick, and internships focused on cognition and community therapy. Educational qualifications include a Master鈥檚 degree in Applied Psychology from Jagiellonian University and various degrees in music pedagogy, vocal arts, and student exchange studies in psychology.
