Keiko Okura is a User Researcher at SPARCK since March 2023, specializing in user research for diverse clients in public and private sectors. Concurrently, Keiko has been a Service Designer at ANKR DESIGN Inc., facilitating design research and UI design remotely since March 2020. Previous experience includes speaking at Mynavi Works on career changes, collaborating on a service design project with NHS 24, working as a junior UX Designer at Juusando!, and holding roles in account management and internal control at Mynavi Corporation. Keiko's educational background features a Master's degree in Design Innovation and Service Design from The Glasgow School of Art and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Meiji University, among other certificates in product design and web development.
