Ella Savage currently serves as the Product Design Best Practice Lead at SPARCK, a position held since November 2021, focusing on enhancing designers' application of best practices with clients. Previous experience includes a role as a Product Designer at BJSS from July 2021 to November 2021. Ella holds a Bachelor of Arts in Three Dimensional Design from The Manchester Metropolitan University, attended from September 2017 to May 2020, and completed an Art Foundation program at Winstanley College from 2016 to 2017, with earlier studies leading to A levels at the same institution from 2013 to 2015. Expertise includes fostering T-shaped design skills, defining success metrics, and developing design tools and training resources.
