Onofre P. Vaquer has a comprehensive work experience spanning several industries. Onofre P. began their career as an International Banking Officer at The Bank of New York in 1998. Onofre P. then moved on to hotelnetB2B.com, where they served as a Project Manager - Marketplace Director. Onofre P. later joined iLeon.com, where they held the role of Controller and VP of Operations.

In 2003, Onofre transitioned to Brooks Capital Group, working as a Business Consultant for a brief period before becoming a Project Manager at Irwin Contracting, Inc. Onofre P. then took on the role of Executive Director at The Arc of Philadelphia in 2009. In 2012, they joined SpArc Services as the Director of Operations.

In recent years, Onofre has taken on leadership roles at various organizations. Onofre P. served as the Chief Operating Officer and later Chief Executive Officer at SpArc Philadelphia since 2013. Additionally, they have been a part of the Director Board of Directors at UniqueSource Products & Services and RCPA - Pennsylvania Rehabilitation and Community Providers Association since 2022 and 2020, respectively.

Throughout their career, Onofre has gained extensive experience in management, operations, and consultancy.

Onofre P. Vaquer obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing (with all electives in Finance) from Saint Joseph's University, from 1993 to 1997. Later, from 1998 to 2000, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Saint Joseph's University - Erivan K. Haub School of Business.
