Vince Ruscitti is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in food safety and management. Currently serving as Regional Senior Manager at Sparboe Farms since October 1999, Vince oversees food safety protocols (SQF-HACCP) and manages a team of over 70 employees while collaborating with government agencies. Previously, as Complex Manager, Vince managed the Hudson complex with responsibilities for training and various food safety programs. Vince’s early career includes serving as Head Soccer Coach at Weld Central High School, where the soccer program grew under Vince's leadership from 18 players to over 40 and achieved multiple league titles. Prior roles also include Complex Manager at MG Waldbaum/Michael Foods, focusing on food production efficiency and safety, and work in the produce department at King Soopers. Vince holds a background in business management from Frederick High School and Boulder Vocational College.
