Ilona Bloch currently serves as the Chief Happiness & Team Officer at SPAR Together Better, a position held since June 2021, where the focus is on enhancing team morale and customer satisfaction through the GRAB & GO concept across multiple university campuses in the Netherlands. Prior to this role, Ilona was the Chief Happiness Officer and owner of SPAR Ten Berge, overseeing daily operations in Zutphen, Zwolle, and Deventer. Ilona’s earlier experience includes various training and leadership roles at Spar Holding and talent recruitment at eyeOpen.nl, as well as recreational leadership at Stichting Wielewaal. Ilona holds a degree in Management, Economie en Recht from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, obtained in 2013.
