Drenica Mlloja is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in managing talent acquisition processes at SPAR Albania, where Drenica has served as Recruitment Manager and previously as Recruitment Specialist since April 2017. Prior experience includes working as a Project Coordinator at Albanian HR Solutions Ltd. from June 2015 to April 2017 and as a Customer Care Specialist at Belle Air between 2012 and 2014. Drenica holds a Master’s degree in Foreign Languages from the University of Tirana.
