Cathy Burns began their work experience in 2012 as a Senior Account Executive at Ariaa Computech Pvt Ltd, where they worked until 2015. In 2019, they joined SPAN Global Services as the Director of US Sales, where they developed sales and marketing plans to drive new business and maintain relationships with existing clients. In 2020, they became the Executive Director at Champions Group.

Cathy Burns completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Information Technology from APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University. Cathy attended the university from 2012 to 2016.
