Ignacio Ribelles Ferrándiz serves as City Leader at Spain AI in Alicante since February 2022. Previously, Ignacio held the position of Data Lead and head of systems and cloud at Valum | Instituto de Valoraciones from November 2017 to September 2024, where responsibilities included supervising and managing the data department. Ignacio worked as Systems Manager at Vitrio Virtual Reality, focusing on innovative real estate solutions through virtual reality from November 2015 to September 2024. Ignacio co-founded educamatic in March 2015, specializing in the integration of pedagogical innovation and technology for educational enhancement. From March 2013 to March 2015, Ignacio was a researcher at the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia in the Complex Systems Control Group. Previous roles include technical and network support at Colegio Claret and teaching mathematics and computer science at Colegio Santa Maria de el Puig. Ignacio holds multiple degrees from Universitat Politècnica de València, including a Master's in Automation and Industrial Informatics and degrees in Automated and Industrial Electronics Engineering.
