Justin M. Riordan is an experienced professional in the architecture and design sector, currently serving as a Board Member focused on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging for the Entrepreneurs' Organization Portland Chapter since October 2018. As the Founder of Spade and Archer Design Agency since November 2009, Justin has developed expertise in assisting clients with the complexities of home transitions and staging for the market. Prior project management roles were held at Lease Crutcher Lewis, Peacock Construction, and Brereton Architects between 2002 and 2010, after gaining foundational experience as a Job Captain at Gensler and a Designer at IA Interior Architects. Justin holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and has previous educational experience at the University of Idaho and Bishop Kelly High School.
