Ting Li currently serves as the Manager of Starlink Engineering at SpaceX, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Ting Li was the Director of Manufacturing for the U.S. at Factorial Energy from April 2023 to January 2024. From September 2017 to April 2023, Ting Li held multiple roles at Xos Trucks, including Director of Advanced Battery Engineering, Senior Manager of Battery Manufacturing Engineering, Manager of Battery Engineering, and Battery Engineer. Ting Li's academic background includes a Master’s Degree in Material Science and Engineering from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from the University of Richmond.
