Philippe Bergeron-Bélanger is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in fiscal advisory and investment relations. Currently serving as a conseiller in transactions and financing at Barricad Fiscalistes inc. since October 2022, Philippe specializes in corporate reorganization, real estate taxation, business valuation, and financial planning. Philippe is also a co-founder and investor relations lead at Good Protein, aiming to enhance wellness accessibility through natural superfood blends. Additionally, Philippe holds positions on the boards of directors and as an advisor for several companies, including Ackroo, Spaceful, Tervene, and Repas WeCook. Previously, Philippe was co-founder and CEO of The Regulars and served as the president of Espace MicroCaps, focusing on micro-cap investment research. Philippe holds a B.Sc. in Finance from Université de Sherbrooke, completed in 2011.
