Paolo Pezzali is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end hospitality. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at Pan Pacific Hotel Seattle since December 2017, Paolo also holds the position of Banquet Chef at Space Needle since June 2007. Previous roles include Executive Chef at Red Lion Hotels from February 2005 to May 2007 and Chef at Black Angus Steakhouse from March 2004 to May 2005. Paolo's formal education includes a Bachelor's degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from Scuola Alberghiera Di Trevano, complemented by training in commercial and culinary arts from other institutions.
