Mike Luna, EIT, is an Engineer II at HNTB, focusing on transportation engineering for TxDOT projects, including the North Houston Highway Improvement Project. In addition, Mike serves as an Education Instructor at Space Center Houston, providing students with immersive learning experiences related to NASA missions and STEM subjects. Mike's previous roles include Engineer-in-Training at CivilCorp, LLC, where infrastructure design was a key responsibility, and Transportation/Traffic Engineer at Entech Civil Engineers, contributing to significant TxDOT projects. Other notable experience includes positions at RS&H, Dragados USA, Jacobs, GKW Engineering, Don Durden Civil Engineering Consultants, and San Antonio Water System, showcasing a diverse background in civil engineering and project management. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at San Antonio, complemented by multiple associate degrees in drafting technology, mathematics, and humanities from Victoria College.
