Marten Elkerbout has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as Bestuurder at Stichting Spaarnesant since August 2015. Previously, Marten held various principal and rector roles at several institutions, including Barlaeusgymnasium and Rijnlands Lyceum Oegstgeest, from 2002 to 2015. Prior experience includes positions as an inspector at Inspectie van het Onderwijs and as a rector at Laar en Berg. Marten's career in education began as a docent and studieleider at Hogeschool Utrecht. Marten's educational background includes a degree from Utrecht University, complemented by foundational studies at Dalton Voorburg.
