Madelon Kooij has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Adviseur at Spaansen since October 2015, following roles as Personeelsadviseur and Junior Personeelsadviseur. Prior to this, Madelon worked as an HR Administrator at Pall Medistad BV for a brief period in 2015, and held various positions including Winkelmedewerker at Klaverkaas from December 2007 to October 2015. Additional experience includes HR internships at ISSYS ICT B.V. and Pall Medistad BV and a role as an HR Consultant at Peperclip. Madelon holds a degree from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2015, and completed secondary education at Trinitas College, locatie Han Fortmann.
