Mark Kupchyk has over 20 years of experience in proposal management and related roles. Their most recent role is as a Senior Proposal Manager at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA), where they provide knowledge-based solutions for national security objectives. Prior to SPA, Mark worked as a Government Proposal Manager at Granite Telecommunications, LLC, where they focused on optimizing performance and efficiency for government agencies. Mark also served as a Proposal Manager at Seneca Holdings, LLC, Synergy BIS, QTS, CALNET, TAG, and DRS Technologies, where they gained expertise in full life-cycle proposal management and supported various sectors including federal, public, and commercial. Additionally, Mark worked as a Proposal Coordinator at Trinity Technology Group and was responsible for proposal preparation and production services. Their career began as a Human Resources Recruiter at Access Worldwide Communications, Inc., where they recruited and hired employees for BPO and marketing positions. Throughout their career, Mark has demonstrated strong skills in strategic approach, technical solution, program management, win strategies, and competitive analysis.

Mark Kupchyk attended Texas Military Institute (TMI) from 1984 to 1988. Mark then pursued higher education at Syracuse University from 1988 to 1992, where they studied Photojournalism and History.
