Isaac Jones has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Isaac started their career in 2005 at Hill AFB All Rank Club as a Night Club Shift Supervisor, where they supervised a team and managed the operations of the nightclub. In 2005, they also began working in the United States Air Force Security Forces, where they held various roles such as Correction Officer Supervisor, Resources Protection Program Manager, Emergency Management, Unit Security Manager, Shift Manager, and Quality Assurance Quality Control Inspector. In these positions, they were responsible for managing personnel, conducting criminal investigations, developing security programs, and overseeing law enforcement and security patrols. In 2016, they joined the 42d Security Forces Squadron as a Plans and Programs Superintendent, where they were involved in strategic planning and program management. Isaac continued their career in the US Air Force as a Plans and Program Superintendent, responsible for installation defense, force protection, anti-terrorism programs, and physical security. Since 2019, they have been working at MCR, LLC as a Level III Security Manager.

Isaac Jones attended Park University from 2009 to 2015, where they studied Organizational Leadership. In 2013, they also enrolled in the Community College of the Air Force and completed a Professional Management Certification in Business Administration and Management, General. From 2009 to 2016, while still attending Park University, they pursued additional studies in Business Administration and Management, General/ Organizational Leadership. In 2018, Isaac Jones attended Air University and obtained a Certification in Advance Leadership and Management Course. Furthermore, from 2007 to 2013, they completed an Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science at the Community College of the Air Force.
