Greg Ferry has a diverse work experience in finance and strategy. Greg currently works at MCR, LLC as a business strategist and finance leader, where they focus on data analysis, program management, and financial planning for satellite and space systems. Greg has also developed a flexible program strategy for the National Investment Review committee.
Prior to this, Greg worked for the United States Air Force as the Chief of Finance for the Air Force Launch Enterprise, where they led a team and was responsible for government reporting, stakeholder requirements, contract negotiations, and business case analysis to ensure the United States' access to space. Greg developed financial saving strategies for critical projects and provided long-term decision support and planning for Congressional Committees.
Furthermore, Greg served as the Chief of Budget and Finance in an overseas deployed environment, where they provided financial analysis and recommendations for efforts supporting Psychological Operations in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Greg developed novel analysis and verification techniques and demonstrated accurate and timely intelligence generation for decision makers.
Additionally, Greg has experience as a finance planning lead, where they led a cross-functional business team in developing finance projections, budget analysis, and execution recommendations for senior executives and external agencies. Greg implemented an execution plan for multi-billion dollar acquisition projects funding.
Lastly, they were a Masters Student during their time with the United States Air Force.
Greg Ferry's education history begins in 2004 when they attended the United States Air Force Academy. It is unclear if they obtained a degree from this institution. From 2010 to 2013, Greg attended the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, earning an MBA with a focus on Finance. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Cost Analysis at the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2013. In 2016, they enrolled at Antioch University-Los Angeles, where they completed a Master of Arts in Nonprofit Management between 2016 and 2018. Most recently, from 2018 to 2019, Greg attended USC Marshall School of Business and obtained a Master of Business for Veterans (MBV) degree, specializing in Business.
