Carmen Pollice has extensive work experience in the field of business analysis and program management. Carmen currently works as a Program Element Manager at the United States Air Force, where they are responsible for the integration of resource requirements for presentation to the Air Force Corporate Structure. Carmen serves as the lead Manpower Programmer for the AF Installation and Mission Support (I&MS) enterprise. Prior to this role, Carmen worked at MCR, LLC as a Senior Business Analyst, leading multiple country teams in the development of sales proposals for the US Air Force's E-3 AWACS weapons system.
