Anna Danforth, CPA has a diverse work experience in the field of accounting and finance. Anna began their career at Ernst & Young as a Senior Assurance Auditor from July 2006 to November 2008. Anna then moved on to McGladrey & Pullen, where they served as a Supervisor from April 2009 to June 2012. Anna joined PwC next, working as a Senior Associate in Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS) from June 2012 to June 2014, and then as a Manager from July 2014 to March 2016.
Following their tenure at PwC, Anna worked at Marriott International as the Director of Accounting Policy and SEC Reporting from March 2016 to July 2019. Anna then joined Caliburn International as the Director of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting, where they contributed from July 2019 to February 2021. At MITRE, Anna served as the Assistant Controller from February 2021 to September 2021, and subsequently as the Corporate Controller from September 2021 to August 2022.
More recently, Anna has taken on the role of Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc., starting in August 2022. Overall, Anna's experience encompasses various financial and accounting leadership positions, showcasing their expertise and knowledge in the field.
Anna Danforth, CPA completed their undergraduate degree in Accounting at Penn State University from 2001 to 2005. Anna then pursued a Masters degree in Accounting at the same institution from 2005 to 2006.
