Rita Simpson currently serves as the Head of People at milk + honey and is a Board Member at CG Victory. Previously, Rita held various leadership roles at Camp Gladiator, including Senior Director of People Experience and Director of People & Culture, where major responsibilities encompassed advising on people strategy, driving long-term work strategies, and implementing leadership development initiatives. Rita's operational background includes managing teams and functions to support over 1,000 contractors, while also developing cultural experiences and overseeing performance management. Additionally, earlier experience includes event planning with the RunTex Foundation. Rita holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas A&M University.
