Natalie Alex is an experienced professional in environmental product management and carbon portfolio offerings, currently serving as Associate Director of Environmental Product Management at S&P Global since January 2024. Previously, Natalie held various roles at South Pole, including Manager and Associate Manager of Carbon Portfolio Offering, and played a vital role as Senior Coordinator for the Carbon Fund at Conservation International, where efforts focused on carbon reduction initiatives. At the American Forest Foundation, Natalie worked as Policy Manager and Coordinator, advocating for policies supporting landowners in the voluntary carbon market and contributing to numerous conservation projects nationwide. Earlier experience includes working with the Forest Resources Association, advocating for the interests of the forestry sector. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science in Fisheries and Wildlife and a Graduate Certificate in Forest Carbon Science, Policy, and Management from Michigan State University.
