Felix Luther currently serves as a Wissenschaftlicher Referent with the Sozialdemokratische Partei Deutschlands (SPD) since April 2023, specializing in budget and finance, as well as environmental, climate, and energy issues within the Hamburgische B¨¹rgerschaft. Prior to this role, Felix Luther was an Associate Lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from August 2021 to March 2023. Additional experience includes serving as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at Universit?t Konstanz from January 2018 to December 2021 and completing a Rechtsreferendar position with Land Baden-W¨¹rttemberg between April 2019 and April 2021, which included assignments in various legal and governmental settings. Felix Luther holds a Zweites juristisches Staatsexamen from Oberlandesgericht Stuttgart (2019-2021) and an Erstes juristisches Staatsexamen, mag. jur., in Rechtswissenschaft from the University of Konstanz (2012-2019).
