Tamer Said is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in operational and cost management within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Plant Controller at Soyven since June 2018, Tamer oversees financial reporting, internal controls, and system processes, ensuring robust oversight of plant operations. Previously at Cargill, Tamer held key positions including Country Assets Controls Supervisor and Chief Accountant, responsible for asset control activities exceeding $400 million and comprehensive plant cost reporting. Tamer's career began at the National Vegetable Oils Company, where roles progressed from Accountant to Senior Accountant, focusing on budgeting, cost analysis, and accounting controls. Tamer holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Alexandria University.
