Hamza Bendahou's work experience is as follows:

1. SOWIT (2017 - present): Co-Founder. SOWIT provides data-based decision support systems to African farmers by leveraging UAS and satellite remote-sensing, big data, and agronomy. Hamza is a founding member of the #AfGoesDigital consortium.

2. Gras Savoye (2016 - 2018): Responsable du Pôle des Etudes Actuarielles. Hamza was responsible for actuarial studies, including improving knowledge of insurers, managing partnerships, and conducting quantitative studies related to portfolio optimization and insurer relationships.

3. Gras Savoye (2013 - 2016): Chargé d'études au sein de la direction des marchés. Hamza handled insurer relationships, improving knowledge of insurers and their offerings. Hamza also conducted quantitative studies related to portfolio optimization and the quality of Gras Savoye's relationship with partners.

4. AXA Investment Managers (2012 - 2013): Hamza held two roles, including Product Management where they established cross-border master-feeder fund structures and optimized fund offerings. Hamza Bendahou completed their Mastère Spécialisé en Ingénierie Financière, specializing in Ingénierie et Modèles de la Finance, from ISAE-SUPAERO in 2011-2012. Prior to that, they obtained their Ingénieur degree in Electronique & Traitement du Signal from ENSEEIHT between 2008 and 2011.
