Stephen Wetherall is a seasoned project manager and recruitment specialist with extensive experience in the IT industry. Currently serving as a Project Manager for Research & Recruitment at Sowelo Consulting sp. z o.o. sp. k. since August 2020, Stephen has successfully partnered with stakeholders to develop tailored talent strategies and coordinated sourcing efforts. Prior roles include Senior Recruitment Specialist at Engage2Excel Recruitment Solutions and Recruitment Specialist at SRI Infotech, among others. With a strong focus on end-to-end recruitment processes, Stephen has led various projects targeting technical specialists, implemented new recruiting strategies, and maintained positive relationships with candidates and clients. Additionally, Stephen has contributed as a co-organizer for the TechSaturdays event, fostering connections within the technology community.
