Alexander Blom is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology expert with extensive experience in digital identity and communications. Currently serving as Co-founder and CTO of bloqzone since November 2017, Alexander focuses on developing identified communications and promoting self-sovereign identity (SSI) technologies. In addition to leading bloqzone, Alexander holds prominent roles such as Chairman of eSSIF-Lab-to-Market, Co-Chairman and Steward of the Sovrin Foundation, and Chairman of ISOC Netherlands. With a background in project leadership and mentorship within the startup ecosystem, Alexander has also been an owner of Budget Phone Company since 2001. Alexander's educational credentials include studies at the University of Groningen and the Kon. Conservatorium Den Haag, where a saxophone degree was attained.
