Mike Hanlon has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mike started their career as a Marketing Assistant at Steptoe & Johnson LLP in 1997 and worked there until September 1999. Mike then joined Pickering, Corts & Summerson, Inc. as a Marketing Coordinator from January 2001 to January 2004. In August 2004, Mike became a Business Development Manager at Sovereign Consulting Inc. Moreover, they served as the Past Post President at the Society of Military Engineers - New Jersey Post from February 2016 to February 2017. In this role, they promoted and facilitated engineering support for national security and worked towards the professional and personal growth of members in New Jersey in support of military readiness and development of solutions to national security challenges.

Mike Hanlon attended St. Bonaventure University from 1992 to 1996. Mike earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business/Corporate Communications.
