Hanna Ploeg has extensive experience in project leadership, organizational development, and oversight in various healthcare and social services contexts. Currently serving as Project Leader for complex care questions at VGU since January 2023 and engaged in organizational development at &samhoud since September 2020, Hanna has a robust background in facilitating policy changes and creating conducive learning environments. Roles include supervisory and coaching positions for executives, managers, and medical trainees, as well as serving on the supervisory boards of SOVAK and MEE Amstel en Zaan. Additionally, Hanna contributes to professional education as part of the Master's program in Innovation in Healthcare and Welfare at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht. Hanna holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Public Administration from Utrecht University and a graduate education from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
