Fiorella Pizzi is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and project coordination, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Partner Lead at SOUTHWORKS since November 2019. In this role, Fiorella manages the entire hiring process, from resume reviews to job offers, while also developing and implementing HR strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness. Prior experience includes a position at Korn Ferry, where Fiorella coordinated the Executive Search team in Buenos Aires and led the KFCares team, promoting social responsibility and well-being.
