Shona Yaws is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and training, currently serving as Regional Sales Manager and Training Manager at Southwire Company since August 2014, where management of the Thorn Customer Solutions Center facilitates hands-on training for Electrical Contractors, Distributors, and employees. Prior to Southwire, Shona held the position of Living Well Manager at Reynolds Plantation from June 2011 to August 2014, and served in various roles within the cruise industry, including Cruise Director and Assistant Cruise Director for Norwegian Cruise Line from September 2004 to April 2011. Earlier experience includes roles at Windjammer Barefoot Cruises, Young Life, and Walt Disney World, where Shona developed skills in guest relations and activities management. Shona holds a BS in Travel Industry Management from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, earned between 1999 and 2003.
