Henry Manjarrez, AC, currently serves as a Project Manager at Southwestern Services since January 2022 and has held similar positions at various companies, including Construction Concepts, Multisite Construction Services, Arch-Con® Corporation, and Hunter Building Corp. With a career that began in 2012, Henry has extensive experience in managing construction projects, overseeing compliance with contract documents, coordinating with subcontractors, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. Previous roles also include Project Engineer at Durotech, Inc., where responsibilities involved managing a large high school project for Conroe ISD, and an Estimator role at TX Millworks. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Houston and an Associate of Science from Lonestar College.
