Michele has held various leadership roles within NADOA, including First Vice President, Second Vice President, Treasurer, Corresponding Secretary, and Recording Secretary. Michele's industry experience includes positions at Southwestern Energy as a Staff Division Order Analyst, at Indigo Natural Resources as a Senior Division Order Analyst, and at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation as both Staff and Senior Division Order Analyst. Michele earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Houston-Downtown between 2010 and 2014.
