Tim Williford has over 20 years of work experience in the environmental and water industry. Tim currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at SouthWest Water Company since July 2020. Prior to this role, they held the position of Environmental Health and Safety Manager at the same company for 15 years, where they managed regulatory compliance and safety programs for the Texas Utilities division. Tim also has experience working as a Pretreatment Coordinator at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and as a Laboratory Manager at ECO Resources, Inc. Tim started their career as a Laboratory Section Leader at the Sabine River Authority of Texas, where they managed a team and conducted testing and analyses of wastewater and drinking water samples within the Sabine River watershed basin.

Tim Williford received their Associate of Science degree in Natural Sciences from Lamar State College Orange in 1995. Tim then pursued a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science degree in Biology and Geology at Lamar University from 1993 to 1999.
