Michael Gutierrez has over 20 years of experience in project management and marine operations. Currently serving as Project Manager for TXDot Ferries and New Barge Construction Supervisor at Southwest Shipyard, LP since June 2014, Michael also holds the roles of ISO Coordinator and Quality Control Inspector. Prior to this, Michael served in the United States Marine Corps from June 1993 to May 2014, gaining expertise as a MAGTF Enlisted Planner. Michael obtained a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the University of Phoenix.
