Troy Tagliarino has a diverse work experience starting in 1991 as a Branch Manager at Samco Equipment and Supplies. Troy then worked at NATIONSRENT INC from 1998 to 2006, first as a Branch Manager and later as a Fleet Manager, Regional. Troy joined Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. in 2006 and held various roles including Profit Center Manager, District Manager, and Director of Strategic Product Development. In 2020, they became the Director of Procurement at ProConJCB.

Troy Tagliarino received a Bachelor's degree in Leadership and Organization from the University of Denver in 2018. From 1982 to 1986, they attended The University of Texas at Austin, studying Fine and Studio Arts.
