Justin Stratton has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Justin started their career at Geo Tek Inc. in 1998, where they worked as the Chief Engineer until July 2014. Justin then moved on to Wright Engineers, where they served as the Principal Engineer from July 2014 to June 2017. Currently, Justin is employed at Southwest Geo as the Principal Engineer, a position they have held since July 2014. At Southwest Geo, they are responsible for geotechnical reports, drilling, environmental studies, forensic analysis, special inspections, and material testing.

Justin Stratton received their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Brigham Young University in the years 1984 to 1991.
